Salam..
Dunno what to say.. Either this is a good news or not.. I'm lost my weight again.. almost to 5-6 kg.. Adakah lost disebabkan sy sakit perut or sememangnya sy ngah bereksesais.. tapi mmg setiap petang sy jogging dan main outdoor gym.. dan malam plak turun training..kadang2 sy turun indoor gym.. but at the same time, perut sy still lagi sakit and this make me cant eat well.. makan sikit je..utk alas perut..
tapi...lagi bagus kalo dpt turun lagi 10kg.. ngeh3.. :D hopefully sy berjaya nanti! kena maintain jogging tiap2 ptg nampak nya.. phiewww~ penat...
